Stir Fried Thai Sausage with Eggs

Ingredients
90           grams or small pack of Thai sausages
70           grams onion, cut lengthwise
70           grams tomato, cut lengthwise
1              tsp garlic, finely chopped
2              stalks spring onion, cut the white into 1-inch pieces
2              chilies, sliced lengthwise
1              egg
3              tbsp oil

Thai sausage stired with egg

Seasoning

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp ground pepper


Preparation

  1.  Slice the Thai sausages diagonally.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the beaten egg and stir for 1 minute. Add the Thai sausages.
  3. Add the vegetables and chilies.
  4. Add the seasoning and stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
