Sweet potatoes ginger

Sweet potatoes ginger

Ingredients

 

500 g      Sweet potatoes
½ cup    Sugar
50 g        Ginger (peeled off)

 

 

 

Preparation

1. Peel off sweet potatoes and chop to a bite size and put them in salt water.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Pound 30 g of peeled ginger and chop another 20 g of peeled ginger to bite size.

3. Boil 4 cups of water and add the sweet potatoes and pounded ginger in then boil with low heat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. After the sweet potatoes are cooked, add sugar and chopped ginger and boil with low heat until the sweet potatoes are tender. Taste it and season as you like.
