Squid steamed with lime |

Ingredients
4 Squids
4 tbsp. Lime juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tsp. palm sugar
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. chopped garlic
30 chilies (depending on how spicy you like)
4 wild parsley leaves (chop to 1 centimeter)

Preparation
1. Clean the squid and remove entrails as the pictures. Cut the squid as the pictures.

2. Mix lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, water, garlic and chilies. Then, taste and add more seasoning as you like.

3. Steam squid in a steaming pot with medium heat 8 minutes. Next, pour out the water of squid out then pour the mixed seasoning on the squid. Then, topping with coriander leaves and steam 2 minutes more.

4.Serve with steamed rice or have it with your drink.
