Prawn stir curry powder |

Ingredients
300 g prawn
½ Onions
2 Celery
1 Red goat pepper
3 Dried chilies (seed removed)
1 tbsp. Chopped Garlic

Ingredient of sauce A:
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
½ tbsp. sugar
mix sauce A and leave it.

Ingredient of sauce B:
1 egg
3 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Curry powder
mix sauce B and leave it.

Preparation
1. Put prawns in boiled water until half cooked.
|

2. Fry dried chili (seed removed) with 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil until fragrant and take the remaining oil to mix with sauce B
|

3. Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a wok (medium heat). Add chopped garlic, onion, prawn and sauce A.
|

4. After onions and prawn cooked, increase heat and add sauce B, celery, red goat pepper and stir it properly. Serve with steamed rice.
