Crispy fish with chili sauce |

Ingredients
1 (500 g.) fish (Snapper)
3 cups oil for deep frying
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Seasoning
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup palm sugar
¼ cup tamarind paste
3 red chilies
3 tbsp garlic
¼ cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp small red chilies
Preparation
- Blend the seasoning in a blender or food processor. Set aside.
- Score the fish by making diagonal slashes on each side.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Deep fry the fish until both sides are golden brown.
- Put the blended seasoning in no. 1 into a saucepan and simmer over low heat until the mixture is thick.
- Before serving, pour the chili sauce over the fish and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
Tips:
- Before deep fry the fish, you should scrub the fish with salt.
- You should deep fry with medium heat.
- To do this menu, the fish should be Snapper or similar fish.
