Crispy fish with chili sauce

Ingredients
1 (500 g.) fish (Snapper)
3 cups oil for deep frying
1 tbsp coriander leaves

Crispy fish with chili sauce

 

Seasoning

¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup palm sugar
¼ cup tamarind paste
3 red chilies
3 tbsp garlic
¼ cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp small red chilies

Preparation

  1. Blend the seasoning in a blender or food processor.  Set aside.
  2.  Score the fish by making diagonal slashes on each side.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Deep fry the fish until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Put the blended seasoning in no. 1 into a saucepan and simmer over low heat until the mixture is thick.
  5. Before serving, pour the chili sauce over the fish and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.

Tips:

  1. Before deep fry the fish, you should scrub the fish with salt.
  2. You should deep fry with medium heat.
  3. To do this menu, the fish should be Snapper or similar fish.
