Chicken Pandan |

Ingredients
Pandan Leaves and make it as a small cup

250 g Chicken Breast
1 tsp. Sesame
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. Oyster sauce
1 tsp. Soy sauce
Corainder root: garlic: pepper (1:1:1/4) |

Preparation
| 1. Wash the chicken breast and skin off then cut to a bite side (around 1.5-2 inch, fit into Pandan cup). Put the ingredients and mix with the chicken. Then, leave it minimum 15 minutes. |

| 2. Cover the chicken with Pandan cup. Next, deep fried the chicken with medium heat. |

| 3. Serve with sesame sauce |

Sesame Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame oil
½ cup Tamarind juice
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. Sesame |

|
Mix all ingredients in a pot until boiled about 20 minutes, finally put sesame. (if the taste is too sour, you can add little of sugar and soy sauce) |
