Ingredients
2 tbsp rice broken
2 eggs
2 cup water
Preparation
- Boil eggs around 10 minutes, remove eggshell and eggs white, keep egg yolk
- Boil rice broken until cooked and sodden. (We should stir and add a little of water often to ignore it burn in the bottom of pot.)
- Crash 1 egg yolk in the congee and stir it properly. Then, topping with another egg yolk
