Streamed soft tofu (Children 1-2 years old) |

Ingredients
1 tube or pack soft tofu (soy tofu or egg tofu)
2 tbsp grounded prawn mixed with grounded pork
½ tbsp onion (chopped to small pieces)
½ cup pork stock
A bit of grounded ginger
A bit of grounded spring onion
Preparation
- Stir fried onion until soft in a pan
- Chop tofu to size around ½ in and put into a dish
- Mix grounded pork, ground prawn, cooked grounded onion and grounded ginger
- Put the mixture on the chopped tofu and pour pork stock with ginger to the dish
- Stream the tofu with the mixture about 15 minutes
Tips: Children mostly don’t like fragrant vegetables. Onion is one of them. If we cook onion until soft, onion will be very sweet. Thus, we should cook it until very soft before serve to our kids.
