Ingredients

1                              egg
1 tsp                      sliced ginger
1 tbsp                    pork mince
½ tbsp                   sliced carrot
Water

Baby Chicken ball

Preparation

  1. Stir egg and mix water (quantity of water is about as same as egg) in a cup
  2. Add pork mince, sliced carrot, sliced ginger
  3. Stream it with the cup around 10 minutes.

Tips:
Please don’t put too much ginger because it will be too spicy. This menu is to let our kids familiar with different taste.
To check that the streamed egg is cooked properly, we can use a toothpick to gore through the stream egg. If there is no streamed egg stuck with the toothpick, it means the streamed egg was cooked properly.
