Pork mince with oyster sauce

Ingredients

1 ½ cup                 pork mince
½ cup                    chopped mushroom
1 tbsp                    chopped spring onion
1 tsp                      grounded garlic
½ cup                    pork stock
2 tbsp                    sesame oil
1 tsp                      soy sauce
1 tbsp                    oyster sauce
1 tsp                      plant flour

Pork mince with oyster sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix pork mince with plant flour, sesame oil, soy sauce and ferment them 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Stir fried garlic with vegetable oil in middle heat pan and fermented pork, then add pork stock
  3. Put mushroom, seasoning with oyster sauce until cooked, add spring onion
  4. Spoon and serve with boiled rice

Tips: Food for the kids 1-2 years old should be add a little of seasoning when they are nearly 2 years old but it should not be too often. Mostly, we should let them have natural taste.
