Pork mince with oyster sauce |

Ingredients
1 ½ cup pork mince
½ cup chopped mushroom
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tsp grounded garlic
½ cup pork stock
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp plant flour
Preparation
- Mix pork mince with plant flour, sesame oil, soy sauce and ferment them 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
- Stir fried garlic with vegetable oil in middle heat pan and fermented pork, then add pork stock
- Put mushroom, seasoning with oyster sauce until cooked, add spring onion
- Spoon and serve with boiled rice
Tips: Food for the kids 1-2 years old should be add a little of seasoning when they are nearly 2 years old but it should not be too often. Mostly, we should let them have natural taste.
