Ingredients
¼ Banana (depend on size)
1-2 tomatoes
1 red fish fillet
Preparation
- Boil whole tomatoes until cooked, put in cold water and leave it for 5 minutes, peel off and seeds removed.
- Boil fish until cooked, grill it in a heat grill pan for a while
- Chop banana and grill it in heat grill pan for a while until soft
- To decorate and serve, put tomato at the bottom, then overlay banana over the tomato, top with the fish
