Eggplant and egg |

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp prawn (boiled and grounded)
2 tbsp eggplant (chopped to small pieces)
2 tbsp tomato (chopped to small pieces)
1 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
- Boil prawn and eggplant until cooked
- Heat a pan and vegetable oil, pour stir egg, add tomato, eggplant and prawn, seasoning with a bit of salt.
Tips: If our kids can’t chew well, we should peel off eggplant first. After we boil eggplant and put it in cold water, it can be peeled off easily by our hand.
