Egg Soup (Children 1-2 years old)

Ingredients

1                          egg
2 cups                  chicken Stock or Pork Stock
1/2 cups               cord gourd (Coccina Indica), chop to small pieces
Note: if it is difficult to find in your country, spinach, cabbage, lettuce can be instead  
1                           mushroom

Preparation

  1. Boil stock soup then pour beaten egg into the boiling soup steadily.
  2. Wait until egg cooked then add chopped cord gourd and mushroom, next heat until the soup boiled again.
