Ingredients
1 egg
2 cups chicken Stock or Pork Stock
1/2 cups cord gourd (Coccina Indica), chop to small pieces
Note: if it is difficult to find in your country, spinach, cabbage, lettuce can be instead
1 mushroom
Preparation
- Boil stock soup then pour beaten egg into the boiling soup steadily.
- Wait until egg cooked then add chopped cord gourd and mushroom, next heat until the soup boiled again.
