Ingredients
3 tbsp red fish fillet
1 tbsp chopped carrot
Preparation
- Boil red fish and carrot in hot water, spoon them into a bowl
- Crash the red fish and carrot
- Serve with soft streamed rice or boiled rice
- You may toping sliced omelet to garnish
Tips: To boil the fish, we should put it in a pot when the water is boiled. Moreover, we should add ginger or onion in the boiled water to release fish smell.
