Ingredients
1 cup Stream Crab Meat
1 cucumber
1/2 cup cooked red bean
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Preparation
- Mix crab meat with mayonnaise
- Slice cucumber
- Top mixed crab meat on cucumber then cooked red bean
Tips:
- To boiled red bean to be soft, the red beans should be put in water at least 3 hours (or whole night). Then, the water to boil must be over the red beans.
- To use rice cooker can make red bean soft easier.
