Chicken Boiled Rice |

Ingredients
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup chicken breast (chopped to small pieces)
½ cup soft streamed rice (cooking in rice cooker and add more water than standard level)
2 tbsp carrot (chopped to small pieces)
1 tbsp green pea (chopped to small pieces)
A little of chopped spring onion
Preparation
- Add chicken stock, chicken, streamed rice in a pot and heat them in medium around 20 minutes
- When it cooked, add carrot and green pea, wait until cooked
- Serve with spring onion topping.
