Ingredients
1 egg
½ tsp butter
½ cup fresh milk
Any vegetable probably such as spinach, tomatoes
Preparation
- Boil vegetable and chop it to small pieces
- Stir egg properly
- Add fresh milk into stir egg
- Put the boiled chopped vegetable in to the egg
- Heat butter with a pan, pour the mixture into the pan and stir it quickly until cooked properly.
- Spoon it to a dish
Tips:Egg is a main meal of children because it is very healthy. Kid should have egg at least 1 a day. Therefore, we should have many egg menus for our lovely kid.
