Ingredients
1/4 cup ground chicken
2 tbsp pumpkin
1 tsp plant flour
2 tbsp spinach (cooked and chopped)
1 cup chicken stock
Preparation
- Boil pumpkin and grind and mix with ground chicken and plant flour, form it as ball.
- Boil stock. Add the ball in the soup until cooked and put spinach.
- Serve with soft streamed rice.
