Thai Mushroom Salad |

Ingredients
300 grams rice-straw mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced boiled chicken
1 cup thinly sliced boiled prawn
1 onion sliced
1 thinly sliced red spur chili
2 tbsp. fried shallot
Ingredients for the dressing
2 hot chilies
1 tbsp. finely sliced garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lime juice
Ground the chilies, garlic and salt together until finely ground, and the lime juice, and mix thoroughly.
Preparation
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and remove any foreign matter from the bases of the stems. Steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then, place in the colander and let it draining.
- Put the mushrooms in a mixing bowl, add the chicken prawn, onion, add the dressing, add toss gently to mix thoroughly. Adjust the seasoning.
- Spoon the salad to a bed of lettuce prepared on the serving platter, sprinkle with the fried shallot and spur chili, and serve.
