Ingredients

500         grams beef (round, rump steak, sirloin steak) grilled rare, slice thin
3-4          lettuce plants
10           mint leaves
10-15     hot chilies
10           garlic cloves
1              tbsp. sugar
3              tbsp. fish sauce
3              tbsp. lemon juice

Thinly sliced red spur chilies for garnishing

Thai Beef Salad


Seasoning

3          tpsp.Oyster sauce
1          tbsp. Soy sauce
2          tbsp. sugar
1          tbsp. seasoning sauce
1         tsp. ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Mince and mix garlic, hot chilies, fish sauce, lemon juice, and sugar, seasoning to obtain a spicy and toss with meat, onions, and garnish with coriander and sliced chilies.
  2. In another way, arrange the meat, onions and mint leaves separately on the platter with the chili sauce in a bowl in the center. The meat, vegetables, and sauce are then mixed at table.
