Thai Beef Salad |

Ingredients
500 grams beef (round, rump steak, sirloin steak) grilled rare, slice thin
3-4 lettuce plants
10 mint leaves
10-15 hot chilies
10 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Thinly sliced red spur chilies for garnishing
Seasoning
3 tpsp.Oyster sauce
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. seasoning sauce
1 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
- Mince and mix garlic, hot chilies, fish sauce, lemon juice, and sugar, seasoning to obtain a spicy and toss with meat, onions, and garnish with coriander and sliced chilies.
- In another way, arrange the meat, onions and mint leaves separately on the platter with the chili sauce in a bowl in the center. The meat, vegetables, and sauce are then mixed at table.
