Mackerel Thai salad |

Ingredients
3 fresh mackerel fish
¼ cup chopped lemon glass
¼ cup Chopped shallot
2 tbsp. Chopped Garden parsley
2 tbsp. Chopped mince |

Ingredients of dressing
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 tsp. Sugar |

Preparation
| 1. Grill mackerel fish until fragrant then remove the fish bones. |
 |
2. Crush the fish then put the fish about 2 cups to a big bowl. Next add the dressing in to the big bowl and stir the fish.
3. Add chopped shallot, chopped lemon glass, Chopped Garden parsley, Chopped mince |

| 4. Serve this menu with lettuce or any salad vegetable, if you want. |
