Cream corn soup |

Ingredients
½ cup milk
3 ears corn
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. seasoning sauce
1 ½ tbsp. butter
½ an onion
1 ½ tbsp. corn flour
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup vegetable stock
Preparation
- Slice the corn kernels from the cobs. Mince the onion.
- Stir fry the corn kernels and onion in the butter for about five minutes: then, add the stock, milk and season to taste with salt, pepper, and seasoning sauce.
- Mix the corn flour with a little water and add some of the mixture to the corn to thicken it.
