Corn omelet |

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 ears sweet corn
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
¼ tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation :
- Cut the kernels of corn from the cob in thin slices.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add the soy sauce and pepper beat well, add the corn, and stir to mix thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in a wok until very hot over medium heat. Then, pour the egg mixture into the wok so as to form a disc. Fry until the egg is golden on one side, turn over and fry until golden on the other side, and then place on a serving dish.
