Cat fish flake salad |

Ingredients
2 (150g.) fresh catfish
¼ cup (150g.) peeled green mango, finely shredded
1 tbsp chillies, finely chopped
¼ cup peanuts, roasted
3 tbsp shallots, thinly sliced
4 cups vegetable oil
Seasoning
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation :
- Grill the catfish, leave to cool. Scrape the meat off the fish and chop the fish meat into flakes. Deep fry the fish flakes in medium hot oil.
- Transfer the fish flakes to one side of a serving dish. Decorate the other side with the other ingredients.
- Mix the seasoning and pour over the dish when served.
Tips : You can bake fish flakes in oven with low heat until crispy instead of deep frying.
