Ingredients

Mackerel fish is a small saltwater fish, Rastrelliger chry-sozonus (Scombridae). Stream mackerel in small bamboo trays are sold in food shops nearly everywhere in Thailand. It is suitable to make Tom Yum soup, deep fried and serve with chili dip.
